Topps Powder Coating was established in 2002 by Mr. Jeff Russell with a fundamental goal of creating a "for profit" company whose profits would be used to support charitable contribution to faith based organizations. Since that time Topps has utilized its gross profits to help support a variety of benevolent efforts. One of the primary recepients of this support is an organization called "Seeds", a 501C(3) organization providing ministry in a wide array of roles.
"Seeds"
Primary Purpose: To support organizations that present or desire to present the gospel and teachings of Jesus Christ, and the desire to disciple others in the gospel and the content of the Holy Bible.
Primary Goals:
1. Provide food for the needy
2. Provide shelter for the homeless
3. Provide clothing for the needy
Definitions:
1. Support: To donate seed funds and provide education.
2. Seed Funds: Donations with the intent and purpose to help establish a predetermined activity or activities that target three secondary goals:
A. Supply funds to engage in the primary purpose and one or more of the primary goals.
B. Produce and supply reserve funds to sustain secondary goal #1
C. To product seed funds and support.
3. Education: To present, teach and model.
